Charlotte is a yoga & meditation teacher and coach, who finds fulfilment helping others thrive in their everyday lives.

Concurrent with yoga, Charlotte brought her business brain and love of personal development together to become a career coach at General Assembly, where she had the opportunity to develop content, deliver presentations, and coach her students to help them get hired into their dream roles. Over 100 people have worked with her throughout her two years coaching.

Now with Sankalpa, Charlotte aims to use these skills through a yogic lens, which is all about mindfulness, living a purposeful life, and many other useful and transformative principles. With an emphasis on clear communication and personal accountability, her approach is mindful yet practical
Tara Shelton
Founder of Dream & Do & Little Succers
Tara Shelton is founder and creative director of creative agency for start-ups, Dream & Do. Tara founded Dream & Do 3.5 years ago and has since worked with over 180 start-ups turn their businesses into brands. Dream & Do launched a business of it’s own, Little Succers, same day
delivery succulent service, which has since been a great success, sending out over 100 succers a week! She also runs a entrepreneurial breakfast event series called Cereal Entrepreneurs where she interviews entrepreneurs over cereal. Tara launched her first business in London, Moiself, girls helping girls gifting range, and it was here that she realised how critical brand was in a start-ups’s success, and her addiction to the entrepreneurial life began. She is committed to helping more people live their entrepreneurial dream.
Tara has spoken at Start Con, Billy Blue Design School, The Entourage and General Assembly. She won 2016 “B&T 30 under 30 award” in the entrepreneur category.

Neil is currently a Project Manager within the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI), Procurement Advisory Services. Prior to this, Neil spent 7 years working for Deloitte as a management consultant in Europe and North America. He joined NSW Government in 2016 to improve his work-life-balance and is now an active ‘Big Brother’ mentor on the Big Brother Big Sisters program.
